El Departamento de Estado de Estados Unidos anunció este miércoles una recompensa de hasta 5 millones de dólares por información que lleve a la captura de José María Guízar Valencia, identificado como nuevo líder de Los Zetas en el sur de México El Charly , Amo ,Chema, Carlitos como tambien se le conoce en el bajo mundo es responsable por la importación de miles de kilogramos de cocaína y metanfetamina anualmente a Estados Unidos y ha tomado el control de los ZETAS en el sur de México", dijo el Departamento de Estado de EU en un comunicado.(Siempre ha operado en la zona de Chiapas ,tabasco oaxaca y se ha expandido hacia el sur de Veracruz y tal vez a la peninsula yucateca la controle tambien)

The
U.S. Department of State announced today a new reward offering under the
Narcotics Reward Program. The Department is offering a reward of up to
$5 million for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of
Jose Maria Guizar Valencia, who has assumed complete command and control
of his own faction of Los Zetas in the Southern region of Mexico.
Guizar Valencia is responsible for the importation of thousands of
kilograms of cocaine and methamphetamine to the United States on a
yearly basis.
The Narcotics Rewards Program was established by Congress in 1986 as a tool to assist the U.S. government in identifying and bringing to justice major violators of U.S. narcotics laws responsible for bringing hundreds of tons of illicit drugs into the United States each year. The program gives the Secretary of State statutory authority to offer rewards of up to $5 million for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of named narcotics traffickers.
The Department’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) manages the program in close coordination with the Department of Justice and its Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Department of Homeland Security and its Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and other U.S. agencies.
